Here is what I had for breakfast this morning! The dates made it sweet while this smoothie is filled with antioxidants and fiber. I can now carry on my day and feel completely satiated.
TIME: 5 Minutes
1 Cup packed spinach
1 Frozen or fresh banana
3/4 Cup of frozen blueberries
1 Cup of coconut milk beverage (not the canned coconut milk, but the milk substitute in the non-dairy refrigerated section of grocery store)
2 pitted medjool dates
YIELDS: 2 Cups
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly! Top with a sprig of mint if desired.
